Please do not change your usual ordering patterns. This puts pressure on our supply chain and there is really no need. Due to panic buying, we may occasionally have to limit orders of heating oil to 500 litres per order/property, 5 drums of heating oil per property for collection and your usual order of gas bottles. We are constantly reviewing this. As ordering returns to normal levels we will be able to revert to normal service.
