Follow A343 Andover Road towards Newbury Bypass. At end of Was Common S bend, turn right signed 'Ball Hill' at Woodpecker pub. Into village of Ball Hill, 2nd road on right. 'Gore End Road' on brick wall. At bottom of hill on right, we are the first unit in Studland Industrial Estate.
From A34 Bypass North:
Take 3rd exit from Chieveley roundabout 'Wash Common / Highclere'. Turn left at mini roundabout. Over hump back bridge. Take first left signed 'Ball Hill' at Woodpecker pub.
From A34 Bypass South:
Take 1st exit after Tot Hill Services 'Wash Common / Highclere'. Turn left. Straight over roundabout towards Newbury. Over hump back bridge. Take first left signed 'Ball Hill' at Woodpecker pub.
